Hier bieten wir ab 1.5.2012 ein möbliertes Zimmer zur längerfristigen Vermietung an Studenten an.
Die jetzige Mieterin wird zum Ende April mit dem Studium fertig und dann steht das schöne Zimmer zur Neuvermietung.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Mehrfamileinhaus ca. 600 m von der Hochschule Harz im unteren Teil von Hasserode.
Ca. 250 m von der Westerntorkreuzung entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 m² groß, hat ein großes fenster zur Südseite ,eine Singleküche mit 2 Herdplatten und sep. Bad mit Dusche und WC im Zimmer ( aber abgetrennt). Es steht ein ordentliches Bett, ein Schrank und ein Schreibtisch zur Verfügung.
Im Zimmer ist ein TV Kabelanschluß mit über 30 Programmen und Internetzugang mit Flatrate vorhanden.
Es ist alles im Mietpreis enthalten.
Parken auf dem Grundstück ist nicht möglich, aber das Auto kann gegenüber in der Strasse abgestellt werden.
Der Mietpreis 240,- EUR ist incl. aller Nebenkosten ( allerdings nur bei normalen Verbrauch und Nutzungsverhalten ).
